Setiawalk Puchong
I dropped by the SPsetia office in Pusat Bandar Puchong last Sunday to check out their new project, Setiawalk Puchong. Looks like this new service apartments on sale are quite expensive but its freehold. Cheapest unit goes for RM 275K at 845 sq ft while the largest type has 3 rooms, 1396 sq ft at RM 450K. I have always thought SPsetia projects have better workmanship than IOI ones (deduced from forums) and I know this new project is gonna sell like hot cakes. So did you buy a new unit yet?
Oh, and it seems there will also be a hotel been built on one of the shoplots and this will make that area pretty congested but pricey in the future. Better get a unit asap.
