Panasonic and Daikin Aircon Pricing in Puchong

In my quest to find pricing on aircons, I got this info below:

Panasonic Non-Inverter aircon C9GKH - 1HP = rm1020
Panasonic Non-Inverter aircon C12GKH - 1.5HP = rm1340
Daikin Inverter aircon 1 HP = rm1180
Daikin Inverter aircon 1.5 HP = rm1460
Installation charges - rm150 per unit

Installation charges = RM 135 (TOTAL aircon + install = RM 1235)
Moving old aircon to another room : RM 80 (swap).

NOTE : Daikin’s widely used in Australia, UK and even in Singapore, full made and imported from Japan. They only made their presence in Malaysia for the last year or so.

    I just bought the Daikin Inverter Air-Cond 1.0HP at RM 1320 & 1.5HP at RM 1630 ( plus standard installation ) from Yik Loong Electrical. The salesgirl Ms May was recommending Daikin instead of the Panasonic with few advantage points residing to Daikin.

    Anyway, just to share the price wit everyone.

    Guys, I just got a non inverter 1HP Daikin aircon from Perniagaan Elektrik Sinar Ria, Bandar Puteri Puchong. It was RM 1080 plus install charges. Spoke to Aren. Tel is 03-80612030

    Hi,i am looking for Inverter aircon,some said Panasonic better than Daikin,can anyone tell me which is better?
    By the way,Morpheus,is Yik loong service and installation workmanship OK?

    Daikin inverter aircon’s installation is cheaper than Panasonic since R22 gas is used. Daikin is also made in Japan whilst Panasonic ones are made in Malaysia. U be the judge then

    Yik Loon service & installation is ok. Their workmanship is also good. Furthermore Daikin is cheaper & quiter compare to Panasonic.
