I got this Proton Persona Price List just now at Giant Bandar Puteri Puchong. The car looks nice. I’m still thinking whether I should trade in my old car for it. Looks like a good deal if I get the models that are below RM50,000.

I was at GIANT, Bandar Puteri to buy some ori DVDs yesterday and I stumble upon this brochure. The Taman Tasik Puchong Venezia II Double Storey Terrace Houses looks like a steal and that area comes with a lake in this LBS Group project . However, I think 20×60 sized houses are a bid too short for me. I prefer houses that are least 22 feet x 75 feet wide. Has anyone bought a unit here yet ?

Update : 28 Jan 2008 - I want to sell my non-furnished 2R/2B e-Tiara Service Apartment for RM310,000 (facing North / Federal Highway on 1st Floor, beautiful view) - . The unit already comes with lighting, curtain railing, grilles.

Equine Capital Berhad

I was surfing the papers and saw some interesting news at the Property Section. I guess buying property at this juncture is much better than buying shares since the KLSE is heading for a big crash.

Equine Capital Berhad will be launching a project called Equine Villa at Seri Kembangan which is basically 264 units of townhouses priced from RM 300,000. I like idea of townhouses since its not as tall as condos and they have a country feel compared to a normal double storey house.
