IT Audit Consulting Manager. Improve IT Business Processes., Leading Risk Management Firm (Santa Clara, CA)
IT AUDIT & TECHNOLOGY RISK MANAGEMENT CONSULTING MANAGER
Lead teams helping to improve IT business processes while minimizing IT risk at top companies throughout the Bay Area
Our client has an immediate need for an IT Auditor with about a year of experience to join their team as a fulltime employee. You’ll be a Technology Risk Consultant working out of their San Francisco or Santa Clara offices. This is a challenging, ever changing role helping companies in a variety of industries to improve their IT controls and business processes while minimizing and managing their IT risk. Led by very seasoned former Big4 Partners, this NYSE listed company plans to eventually rival the Big4 in size. This is the chance to get in early and be a part of making that a reality for them while working very closely with seasoned professionals that would be out of reach in a bigger company. But that chance will not be around forever — they have gone from zero to over a half billion in annual revenues in less than 5 years and continue to grow exponentially.
This high profile consulting firm offers the best of both worlds. They’re the world’s leading independent internal audit, business risk and technology risk management consulting organization with a strong international presence. At the same time, they are still relatively new in the marketplace and are growing rapidly, which presents exciting career opportunities. And you’ll receive a great salary and benefits package.
Stuff you will be doing:
As an IT Audit and Technology Risk Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping companies from a wide variety of industries to analyze risks, automate controls and standardize technology-based processes. You’ll be part of a company with deep expertise in IT Audit that can help ensure the integrity, reliability and performance of these processes. Through their proven methodologies, your clients will realize more effective and efficient technology controls that better align the internal audit function with their business and IT strategies.

* Enjoy positive client relationships. They focus exclusively on internal audit and risk consulting. You will be reviewing processes, interviewing clients, and recommending improvements.
* Great Training Opportunity - Continue your professional development. They offer a detailed training curriculum for professionals at all levels, from their New Consultant School to Director Training and other Milestone schools. Their professionals also have access to SkillSoft®, an e-Learning program that offers over 2,000 courses and online reference materials through Books24×7, providing access to the latest online books and resource materials.

* Access to the latest technologies and information-sharing tools. They employ the latest technological tools which enable their consultants to interact seamlessly across the globe and share valuable tools, best practices and other information.
* Work with top companies. Their client roster includes more than 35 percent of all Fortune 100 companies and more than 25 percent of all Fortune 500 companies. In fact they represent more than 20 percent of all companies listed on the Fortune 1000.
* No busy season. With no external audit work or tax practice they do not experience the traditional busy season — their work hours typically reflect those of their client companies. That means more life than work. And travel is typically less that 20% on average.
* Generous pay package with a lucrative bonus plan.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
