Scott Boulch , the creator of the Is Google Adsense Dead ? ebook will be shutting down his affiliate program pretty soon. So you better join in now…download the ebook and then starting referring your friends to earn USD 50 cents per download. Too bad he did not do a good spell check on his email….tsk tsk. He spelled Alexa wrongly.

1. At the time of this writing we have had over 20,500 people download “The Death Of AdSense”. We are expecting to break 25,000 by the 1 week mark.

2. We even hit # 424 on Alexa’s list of the top 100,000 most popular sites last week!

3. His 2nd ebook is coming out soon….on 21 Sept…
I have to tell you that the few insiders that know about the content of part II, , “Life After AdSense” are begging me not to let any more in the front door!

4. I can tell you that if you want to participate in the affiliate program or have others that you think need to get their hands on these reports, do it quick! The window is closing by the hour and we are debating exactly when to shut it down completely!

AdBrite Program attracts 20000 Publishers

AdBrite Program attracts 20000 Publishers

AdBrite Program is another one of those companies that lets bloggers earn money…OK, of course you can also earn money in other ways using Adsense, Payperpost or even Blog to Profit, but Adbrite is cool….Since March 2006, I’ve noticed that my Adsense revenues have dropped tremendously….So I’m now devoting more of my time to Adsense alternatives…

So far Adbrite has earn more money than Adsense in the last 2 months…They have a large ad inventory and they’ve just passed 20,000 blog publishers on 14 Sept 2006.

So if you are looking for an Adsense alternative (since it uses contextual ads), then try Adbrite. Looks like they are here to stay and their ads are easier to plugin.

Another reason why I choose Adbrite ? You can add more than 3 ad units on 1 page. Adsense only allows a max of 3 ad units per page and they have Active Interstitial ads..see below..taken from their blog.

What’s an Active Interstitial ad?
A full-page display. The name of the publisher’s site, and a prominent link that allows visitors to easily close the ad, are displayed at the top of the screen. Advertiser bidding starts at $10 CPM (1-cent per unique user), and will grow quickly on quality sites.

Sort of like the “interstitial” ads I’ve seen on Cnet, NYTimes.com, and other big sites?
Kind of, but not really. The problem with full-page “interstitial” ads is that they’re just that — “ads”. Intermissions, on the other hand, display the advertisers’ actual web site to the user. The advantage to advertisers is that they don’t have to create an ad — just send people straight to any URL (homepage, landing page, video, etc.). And visitors prefer looking at (and interacting with) websites, rather than full-page ads on websites.

Noodle Village in Bandar Puteri Puchong

Thursday, September 21st, 2006

Check out this review of Noodle Village in Bandar Puteri Puchong. Its a noodles serving cafe that has bland walls and cool aircon. I did visit it once with my wife back in August 2006. Very popular with families and it gets full at night.

I used to live in Puchong. It was few years back, when the area was newly developing and our food hunt was all hawker centers. Lately, many nicely renovated restaurants are mushrooming in Bandar Puteri Puchong and the surrounding area.

I noticed a restaurant call Noodle Village near Giant Puchong. As I love noodle till death, you will be sure I am getting in and have a look.

It was very well set up, cozy and nice. Tables, chairs, cutlery all unique. Not too high class, but just nice.

Rapid KL Bus Service In Puchong

Thursday, September 14th, 2006

There’s a bus no.69 that passes by my housing area. Now it goes straight to Kota Raya. Soon it will be different. That bus will stop at IOI Mall. I will need to get on another bus that will take me to KL Sentral. Then from there I can hop on a bus to Kota Raya. That’s crazy. What is I’m an old man or if I have 5 kid with me. Imagine if I had a lot of luggage to carry. Its getting difficult to stay in Klang valley.

New bus routes in Klang Valley to be serviced by Rapid KL, initially planned to be launched on Sept 16, have been deferred by a week owing to inadequate buses.

Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras Sdn Bhd (Rapid KL) said it needed more buses to ply the routes in 15-minute frequency for local shuttle and 10 minutes for trunk service.

RapidKL Chief Operating Officer Mohd Ali Mohd Nor said the company had received only 100 new buses and was expecting more buses to arrive next week.

“After that, the relevant documents have to be approved by the authorities before putting the buses on the road,” he told a press conference after a community briefing on the RapidKL operations in Klang here Saturday.

Areas to be serviced under the new road network are Klang, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Damansara, Petaling Jaya and Puchong.

Mohd Ali said RapidKL’s service in new routes in Klang would commence before the year-end.

The routes are from Kapar to Klang, Bandar Puteri Klang to Seri Muda, Hentian Bandar Shah Alam to Klang, Seri Muda to Klang, Bandar Puteri to Klang, Taman Sentosa to Klang, Pandamaran to Klang and Klang to Taman Botanic.
